VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE BAGS ORDERED i WILL BE RETURNING THEM 3 OUT OF 4 ORDERED WERE DAMAGED! CAN'T BELIEVE THEY WERE SENT OUT THAT WAY NOT LIKE THEY DIDN'T HOLD UP THEY WERE DAMAGED BEFORE REMOVING THEM FROM PLASTIC (HAND AT THE TOP OF THE BAG) i WILL BE CONTACTING CUSTOMER SERVICES TODAY ON IT

Thought I did due diligence and research this bag but then the other day I saw the exact same product for about $10 less. The bag is good but little room for power cord or other accessories. Seems very durable and soft sides are great at protecting the laptop.
